The fine print

*The speed quoted is the very best-case scenario. The actual speed Gorilla Broadband can get you depends on factors outside our control.

**Once we’ve completed a digital survey and confirmed we can get you connected, one of our technicians will visit your home to do a physical signal check.

If the check is successful, we will install and connect you there and then.

In the unlikely event that the physical signal test fails the test for the install you need, you have the option to credit the installation fee against a hardware upgrade to get you connected if that option is available.

Unfortunately, the basic installation fee of €75 is non-refundable once a technician has visited your home.

The speeds you’ll get will depend on your precise location in relation to the nearest signal mast and the signal strength we can get. While we can’t guarantee a lower limit, we’ve never installed anyone with a download speed under 30mbps. We have some customers reaching speeds over over 300mbps, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get you there. Please contact us for a no-obligation digital survey and we’ll be able to give you a better idea.

Our technicians will advise on the best location for the equipment to give you best signal strength and speed. This may limit your options, but we’ll always do everything we can to get the equipment where you need it.

The default equipment we install will give a WiFi signal in most rooms of the average 3 bed semi style house, but there are many factors that can affect signal quality. We can supply WiFi repeaters if needed to boost the signal if required (at extra cost). Your installation technician can advise.
